Medical Techniques recognizes that
outstanding customer service differentiates itself from other
manufacturers. The Company tries to produce and deliver its sample
packs rapidly and turnaround its first order within three weeks. That
means product procured, built, and sterilized within three weeks. No
other pack provider offers that type of service. It is significantly
faster than any other competitor.
Medical Techniques has two customer service representatives
responsible for administrating orders, submitting bids and interfacing
with our distributor network.
Medical Techniques gives the opportunity to its customers to have
assurance agreements. Under this agreement, Medical Techniques assures
that the hospital or distributor has sufficient packs in-house and
that we will maintain an equal amount of packs in inventory so that we
can immediately replenish the customer’s stock. This capability has
created good will with our customers.
Medical Techniques ships directly to the hospital or distributor.
Shipments are via UPS or other customer specified freight carriers.
Bulk, non-sterile items are shipped within two days; customized packs
that are in inventory are shipped same day. New customized pack are
normally shipped within thirty days after the order has been taken.
